Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, and pristine condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final sale items, personalized/custom-made dresses, and clearance merchandise are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the dress in its original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website for the desired dress.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Dresses with any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alteration.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions or marked as "Non-Returnable."
